STEP ONE  //  INTRO CALL

This is a short 20 min call that helps us both determine if this would be a good fit! We’ll talk a bit about your current branding or website, your goals for your business, and how brand and web design can help meet those goals. I only take on clients that I know I can serve well, and I want to make sure we’re both aligned before we move forward. After the phone call, I will email you a proposal that is custom to your needs, and we move forward from there!

STEP two  //  strategy workshop

After your initial deposit, we will set up our strategy workshop. This is a two hour phone call where we dive deep into your audience, your messaging, your brand personality, and your business goals. I send you a short questionnaire beforehand, but you don’t have to do anything else to prepare for this call. I will guide you through the whole process and it will feel a bit like therapy for your brand! Following that, I will spend 1-2 weeks developing your brand strategy packet, and you will get 2 revisions before we move forward.

STEP three  //  brand identity

During the strategy phase, we defined the direction of your brand identity through your mood board and color scheme so you already know what to expect.  I typically send one full brand concept that includes your logo variations, submarks, brand pattern, and several mockups so you can see how it would look in the real world. I give insight into why I made design decisions in alignment with your strategy. Because we took the time to strategize beforehand, most designs are approved after only one refinement round!

STEP four  //  brand Launch

Your final brand identity design is approved and it’s time to put it into action! You'll be able to show up confidently with a full brand suite that encompasses everything you stand for and connects with your ideal audience. You'll find it easy to post on social media or create emails because of your newly defined brand strategy.  After your final deposit, I will give you all the assets and tools you need so that you are equipped for long-term success. If we are continuing with web design, you’ll move onto the next step.

STEP five  //  web design

It’s time to design your site! Once again, we will refer back to your strategy packet so that we are on-point with your messaging and designing the site to speak to your audience. After I have all of your assets, I will design a pdf proof of the homepage for your approval before I start the design in Showit. Once I know that you’re thrilled with the new design, I will build all the pages and you’ll be able to see exactly how your site will look both on your phone and on your computer.

STEP six  // Email marketing

Let’s start building that email list! For every $1 you spend on email marketing, you can expect an average return of $42 (DMA, 2019). I will help you develop a lead magnet to start building your email list as well as a newsletter sign-up form. A lead magnet is typically a free pdf or series of emails that give some valuable information to your audience. When they visit your website, they will sign up for the freebie, and now you’re in their email inbox consistently and more likely to make a sale.

STEP sEVEN  // launch day

After two refinement phases on your new site, we will launch your brand new site! I provide you with a personalized training video for editing your site as well as 72 hours post-launch support. I will also provide launch day graphics should you choose to share them on social media (which I highly recommend!). Your new site will be a well oiled machine, driving customers to your call-to- action or landing them in your email list.

I will be the first to admit that custom branding and web design is not for everyone. I only want to take on clients who are going to get a return on their investment and that means we both have to make sure that this is the right fit.
